The Maintenance Manager coordinates the safe maintenance of property interiors and exteriors to increase net operating income while staying within budget. They supervise maintenance staff, manage work orders, and ensure compliance with safety and fire codes to enhance resident retention.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of multifamily maintenance experience, with one year of supervisory experience preferred. Required certifications include EPA, while CPO and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred.

The Maintenance Manager will coordinate with the Community Manager, Assistant Manager to increase the net operating income of the property by safely maintaining exterior and interior of property to RPM standards at or below the approved budget levels. The Maintenance Manager will contribute to resident retention by making repairs promptly, safely, and efficiently.
