The Estimate Review Specialist Sr. is responsible for reviewing contractor repair estimates to ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and industry standards. They negotiate scope with adjusters and contractors while maintaining accurate documentation and data records for all claims.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in insurance adjusting or construction, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in building construction. Proficiency in Xactimate software and strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role.

Estimate Review Specialist Sr.PRIMARY PURPOSE: To review all estimates and supporting documentation submitted by contractors/adjusters, using various estimating applications; to ensure estimates follow client and regulatory requirements and meet Property guidelines; to serve as a subject matter expert on property restoration scope.
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree in building construction from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
Five (5) years of experience in insurance adjusting or construction background or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience using Xactimate estimating software preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
