Preventive Maintenance Design: Develop, implement, and maintain rigorous inspection programs and predictive work order systems within our CMMS to optimize equipment performance and tracking.
Safety & Security Collaboration: Partner closely with Property Management and Security teams on building automation, fire/life safety equipment maintenance, and emergency disaster planning.
3. Vendor Administration & Logistics
Contract Management: Administer outside maintenance and repair contracts, ensuring maximum vendor value, schedule compliance, and strict adherence to scopes.
Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate and lead mandatory facility inspections with local and state regulatory agencies (e.g., Fire Marshal, Elevator/Escalator compliance, and electrical/plumbing boards).
Inventory Governance: Manage and audit the repository of maintenance materials, tools, and supplies, recommending necessary asset and equipment upgrades to support the department.
