This position is ideal for an experienced multifamily property management professional with expertise in lease-up communities, new construction apartment communities, luxury multifamily operations, and property stabilization. As the primary business leader for the asset, you'll oversee leasing performance, revenue growth, team development, and resident experience while ensuring alignment with Thompson Thrift's operational standards and financial objectives.
As a Community Manager, you will oversee all aspects of property operations while leading and developing an on-site team. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, expense control, and resident satisfaction through strong operational execution and performance management.
You will serve as the primary leader on-site, balancing financial performance, team leadership, and operational priorities while fostering a strong sense of community and delivering a high-quality resident experience.
For communities in the lease-up phase, you will partner closely with regional leadership, marketing teams, and leasing professionals to execute lease-up strategies, accelerate occupancy, build community reputation, and successfully transition the property from initial lease-up to stabilized operations.
The Community Manager plays a critical role in the successful lease-up, stabilization, and long-term performance of a multifamily apartment community. By leading high-performing teams, driving leasing velocity, maximizing occupancy, executing revenue strategies, and delivering an exceptional resident experience, this role directly impacts asset performance, resident retention, revenue growth, and long-term value creation for Thompson Thrift.
