They also manage apartment turnovers and coordinate with vendors to maintain the overall physical condition of the community.
Candidates must have at least one year of property maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and availability for on-call emergency rotations are required.

This role contributes to asset preservation, resident satisfaction, and overall community performance through timely, high-quality maintenance service.
As a Service Technician, you will work under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and Community Manager to complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and general repairs. This role plays a key part in maintaining the physical condition of the community while supporting service standards and operational efficiency.
You will contribute to a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment while collaborating closely with on-site teams and delivering quality service to residents.

By delivering timely, high-quality maintenance service and supporting preventative care efforts, this role directly impacts resident satisfaction and overall community performance.
