Participate in internal design reviews and interdisciplinary coordination (civil, environmental, substation, geotech).
Perform occasional field reviews or site visits to support engineering validations.
Professional Growth & Collaboration
Engage in Early Career development tools including Career Compass and mentorship programs.
Collaborate with cross functional teams and contribute to a culture of safety, integrity, and technical excellence.
Complete training on assigned tasks.
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
