The Maintenance Associate is responsible for the general upkeep, cleaning, and repair of marina facilities and equipment. This includes troubleshooting systems like ventilation and performing minor fixes to ensure the property remains functional and professional.
Prior maintenance experience is preferred, along with the ability to read technical manuals and use hand and power tools. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting 30 pounds and working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

The Maintenance Associate’s primary responsibility is the quality and upkeep of the marina. This person will perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. They will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. The Maintenance Associate projects a professional company image through all types of interactions. As this is a fast-paced environment, must be able to work under pressure.
