Generate leads for new systems from inactive accounts and manage alterations, upgrades, and renewals for existing customers. Proactively meet with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve account discrepancies.
Requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service. Must possess a valid driver's license, basic proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to pass a pre-employment screening.
