Leasure Group, LLC represents a remarkable journey from its early days in the tile and stone sector and weekend real estate sales to becoming a major entity in construction and real estate. The founder's entrepreneurial venture began in 2000 with a construction company, marking a strategic foray into a broader industry scope, including residential homes, apartment complexes, and large commercial buildings.
In 2012, the acquisition of a second construction firm paved the way for consolidating operations under the Leasure Group umbrella, addressing joint employer liability concerns. This move was a key step in streamlining processes and leveraging combined strengths. By 2015, the group expanded into Nevada, signaling a strategic growth beyond its California origins, and establishing offices in Reno, Las Vegas, and the Bay Area to better serve its expanding market.
The acquisition journey continued with Full Service Scaffolding in 2022, enhancing the group's service offerings, followed by a significant step in 2024 with the acquisition of DECORZ- Flooring Kitchen & Bath, venturing into the interior design and home improvement sectors. These acquisitions not only expanded Leasure Group's capabilities but also diversified its portfolio, catering to a wider range of construction and renovation needs.
With President Jim Cline and CFO Ellen Roth at the helm, Leasure Group oversees subsidiaries such as Capitol City Stucco and National Ceramic Tile & Stone, demonstrating effective leadership and vision. The group's strategy focuses on growth and diversification, as evidenced by its current move to acquire a fifth company, which is in escrow, underscoring its commitment to expanding its footprint and service spectrum in the construction and real estate industry.
