About the role:
The Front Desk Agent welcomes guests to the property, providing an exceptional guest experience at check-in, during the guest’s stay and on departure. This role works to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during their arrival and departure, plus responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and aligning with Four Seasons service standards. This role is part of the Front Office Department, reporting into the Front Office Manager.
What you will do:
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
Assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Responds to all guest requests accurately and in a timely manner. Interactions with guest will be in person and by phone;
Resolves guest complaints, and find opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for all guests
What you bring:
One + years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation.
Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences.
Previous experience with Opera PMS preferred.
Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required
Current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel/environment will receive priority consideration.
Strong command of the English language, both written and oral are required
Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
Great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the country of Canada.

Schedule & Hours:
