Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and possess strong knowledge of SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365 services. Proficiency in programming languages and relevant IT certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+ are required.

As the Network Support Specialist backup responsibilities include support and maintenance of PC’s, all related hardware, printer hardware, networks, networking equipment, and user support. This role is responsible for multiple domains, sites and Business units within CCL Design, CCL Design Electronics and CCL Label.
