The coordinator ensures the compliant, accurate, and timely entry of program data while providing technical assistance to team members. They are responsible for reviewing case records, analyzing data trends, and maintaining both paper and electronic file systems.
The candidate must be able to maintain high integrity standards and meet specific performance goals such as Activity Compliance Rate and Job Placement. Experience commensurate with the role's complexity in data reconciliation and compliance is expected.
Work with assigned teams to ensure compliant, accurate and timely entry of required program data
Provide technical assistance to team members in meeting data entry requirements
Review individual case records to ensure compliance and integrity
Run reports, analyze data for program trends, and make continuous improvement suggestions to enhance performance outcomes
Receive and track all referrals to unit., addressing them in a timely manner.
Ensure that performance standards, contract goals and services including Activity Compliance Rate (ACR), Job Placement, Retention and Increased Hours Worked goals are met and/or exceeded by means of accurate and timely data entry and reconciliation.
Create, maintain and reconcile all file systems (paper and electronic).
Other job related duties as required.
