Job Description
NextShining is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning, preparation, and execution of company events and client-facing activities.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with different people, solving problems, and helping bring event concepts to life. You will work closely with the events team to ensure each project is coordinated professionally from preparation through completion.
Responsibilities
Assist with the planning, organization, and coordination of events
Support event setup, preparation, and on-site execution
Coordinate materials, schedules, supplies, and event requirements
Communicate professionally with team members, clients, vendors, and attendees
Help maintain organized event timelines and task lists
Provide assistance during event registration and guest coordination
Monitor event areas to help ensure smooth operations
Assist with resolving unexpected issues during events
Support post-event organization and follow-up activities
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve event execution and guest experience
