The Contracts Specialist supports the Strategic Sourcing team by managing supply chain contracts, tracking renewals, and verifying pricing accuracy. They are responsible for maintaining documentation, negotiating product pricing, and ensuring overall contract compliance.
A Bachelor's degree is required, though no prior work experience is necessary for this entry-level role. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office and possess basic knowledge of procurement and the contract lifecycle.
Contract Specialist I provides support to the Strategic Sourcing team in managing and maintaining supply chain contracts and documentation. This role assists in data collection, price accuracy verification, and basic contract file management. Works under direct supervision to support contract execution and compliance activities.
