The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and support students with fine-motor, sensory-motor, and functional needs to ensure successful participation in their educational environment. TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for the 2026–2027 school year.
If you enjoy working with children, collaborating with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams, and helping students develop the skills they need to participate successfully in their educational environment, this could be a great fit. You'll work with students provide direct services, with support from both the district and the TheraPeds team.
Position DetailsAs a school-based Occupational Therapist, you'll evaluate and support students whose fine-motor, visual-motor, sensory-motor, self-care, regulation, and other functional needs affect their ability to access and participate successfully in their educational environment.
Your responsibilities may include:
School-based Occupational Therapy is active and hands-on. The Occupational Therapist must be able to safely participate with students in a variety of school environments and activities.
Physical responsibilities may include sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, transitioning to and from the floor, and lifting or assisting with students, materials, or therapeutic equipment as appropriate to the position.
All responsibilities will be performed in accordance with assigned duties, district safety requirements, and applicable accommodations.
