The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide direct therapy services, conduct evaluations, and develop individualized IEP goals for students. They will also collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student communication and educational access.
Candidates must hold a Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess or be eligible for Colorado licensure. ASHA certification is preferred, and candidates must be able to pass fingerprinting and background clearances.

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Golden, CO for the 2026–2027 school year.
If you enjoy working with children, collaborating with educators and therapists, and helping students develop the communication skills they need to participate successfully in their school day, this could be a great fit. You'll work with students in Pre-K through 12th grade or as outlined below, with support from both the district and the TheraPeds team.
Position DetailsAs a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll help students develop the speech, language, and communication skills needed to access their education and participate successfully in the school environment.
Your responsibilities may include:
School-based therapy is active and hands-on. The SLP must be able to safely participate with students in a variety of school environments and activities. Physical responsibilities may include sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, transitioning to and from the floor, and lifting or assisting with students, materials, or equipment as appropriate to the position.
All responsibilities will be performed in accordance with assigned duties, district safety requirements, and applicable accommodations.
QualificationsWorking and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
