Job Title: Medical Office Cleaner
Reports To: Office Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Responsible for maintaining buildings and properties in accordance condition by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for the general upkeep and cleanliness of all areas within the medical office including lobbies, exam rooms, restrooms, offices, and hallways with approved cleaning solutions.
Performs routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces in accordance with healthcare cleaning standards.
Cleans and sanitizes restrooms thoroughly, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and replenishes soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue as needed.
Empties trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility and replaces liners. Ensure proper disposal of medical and non-medical waste as directed.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of janitorial closets and ensure cleaning supplies are properly stored and labeled.
Adheres strictly to all health and safety guidelines, infection control protocols, and company policies related to cleaning in medical environments.
