The UHS Corporate Accounting Department is hiring a Payroll Administrator to process payroll for biweekly multi-entity structure.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
Coordinates data provided from various departments and check processing.
Ensures accurate processing in Lawson HRIS system.
Reviews payroll reports for accuracy and adjusts, as necessary.
Resolves employee related payroll inquires and payroll issues that may arise.
Perform off cycle duties such as manual checks, voids, garnishment refunds.
Provides daily and month end financial reports to local accounting staff.
Maintains payroll related spreadsheets and keeps organized records.
Provides technical payroll support to facilities and employees.

Associates degree required with 3 -5 years' experience in a payroll processing role. Bachelor's degree preferred.
