We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative II who is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys helping people. If you're organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
The Customer Service Representative II serves as a key member of our office team, providing primary support to the Office Manager and Assistant Office Manager while helping ensure efficient daily office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting fellow employees.

Carpinito Brothers is a family-owned and operated retail store and wholesale supplier. Our seasonal retail store offers nursery and garden products, local farm-fresh produce, pumpkin patch and corn maze, and fresh cut Christmas trees. Our wholesale divisions consist of bulk/ bagged landscape material, and seasonal farm-fresh vegetables. We're proud to be one of the largest suppliers of bark and soil products in the Northwest. We grow over 40 varieties of vegetables on over 700 acres located in South King County. Most of what we harvest is wholesaled to local distributors, which eventually reaches your local grocery store and restaurant.
