The Community Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of marketing programs within the Essex portfolio. The Specialist collaborates with property operations teams to gather data and insights on marketing effectiveness and provides support in evaluating sales efforts and recommending improvements. They play a key role in maintaining marketing reports and aiding in the management of marketing expenditures.

New hires generally start between $32.21 - $38.46 per hour.
