Overview
Plans, directs and supervises all technical aspects of his or her area in regards to personnel, programs and evaluations of such programs. Assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of policy & procedures. The Team Leader will function as a working technologist as required. Administers medications as prescribed and under the supervision of a physician.
Qualifications
Education:High School diploma or GED is required. Registry in related field, such as CCI or ARDMS is required. Healthcare Provider BCLS is required within 6 months of hire.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years technical experience is required, with some supervisory experience preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Ability to communicate in English with people from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
Ability to use effective interpersonal relation skills when working with a variety of people and situations.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adjust to continuing changes in the daily work schedule.
Absolute integrity in the accurate performance & reporting of diagnostic procedures.
Ability to type for administrative, technical, and procedure related purposes.
Basic computer and keyboard skills required.
Must be able to display positive attitude, cheerfulness, and the willingness to assist when communicating with the public.
