The Medical Scribe is responsible for documenting patient symptoms, history, physical exams, and treatment plans in the electronic medical record during clinician visits. They also handle patient orders, transcribe results, and assist with administrative tasks like portal communications and faxing.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and coursework in medical terminology and anatomy. Previous experience in an outpatient clinic or medical transcription is preferred, along with adherence to health and immunization requirements.

We're looking for someone to join our team as a Medical Scribe who:
The Medical Scribe will be responsible to annotate any dictated or written information for treatment of the patient following any local, state, and federal guidelines for documentation in the electronic medical record. Medical Scribes are responsible for clearly recording each patient’s symptoms, history, physical exam, and documenting the diagnosis as well as treatment plans.
