The Consumer Credit Administrator provides strategic leadership and oversight for the consumer lending credit function to ensure sound underwriting and portfolio performance. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to align credit policies, pricing, and risk strategies with organizational business objectives.
Candidates must have five or more years of experience in consumer lending, credit risk, or credit administration. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.

This role will help shape the future of consumer credit administration by ensuring sound underwriting practices, strong portfolio performance, and effective risk management strategies that support sustainable growth.
As the Consumer Credit Administrator, you will partner closely with Consumer Lending, Risk, Finance, and Operations leaders to align credit policy, pricing, and risk strategies with business objectives while maintaining strong credit quality standards. You will play a key role in developing and refining credit policies, monitoring portfolio performance, guiding credit decisioning strategies, and fostering a balanced credit culture that supports both risk management and exceptional member service.
