A Day in the Life:
Support governance, risk, compliance, and internal control activities across GBS operations
Assist in implementing and improving control frameworks and standard processes
Identify, assess, and track risks, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
Monitor compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate control reviews, audits, and compliance assessments
Prepare reports and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to track mitigation plans and ensure accountability
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance controls and operational efficiency
Who We’re Looking For
Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Law, Engineering, International Business or a related field
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and internal control principles
Ability to analyze data, risks, and action plans with strong attention to detail
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Work Location: Ability to perform work onsite at CDMX or Ags.
