Lead the end-to-end technical implementation lifecycle for B2B clients, focusing on system integrations and payment workflows. Serve as the primary technical contact to ensure clients successfully onboard and realize value from the platform.
Requires a bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in payments implementation or fintech, preferably within a SaaS environment. Must possess strong technical skills in APIs, SQL, and ERP/CRM systems like NetSuite and Salesforce.

Flywire is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager II to join our high-growth B2B vertical. In this role, you’ll serve as the strategic and technical lead on complex client implementations ensuring that our mid-market and enterprise clients see value from our platform fast.
You’ll be hands-on with system integrations, data mapping, testing, payment workflows, and client training owning end-to-end implementation while influencing how we continue to scale. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about payments, software, and building great client experiences and wants to take the lead on some of Flywire’s most important B2B accounts.

Throughout our process you can expect to meet with different FlyMates including the Hiring Manager, Peers on the team, the VP of the department, and a skills assessment. Your Talent Acquisition Partner will walk you through the steps and be your “go-to” person for any questions.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - 100,000 and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
