The Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of cross-functional internal initiatives across finance, operations, legal, and HR departments. They are responsible for establishing project governance, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders to deliver measurable results.
Candidates must have 5–7 years of project management experience in fast-paced or cross-functional environments using both waterfall and agile methodologies. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required to drive accountability without direct line authority.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Global PMO team in Valencia.
In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of cross-functional internal initiatives across the business. Sitting alongside business operations and key corporate functions (including Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations), you will manage assigned projects using a blended waterfall and agile approach, ensuring clarity, accountability, and measurable results.
You will partner closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, bringing structure to complex initiatives while maintaining flexibility in execution. This role requires strong delivery discipline, proactive risk management, and the ability to build organic alignment across multiple stakeholders without relying on direct line authority.
Lead the planning and execution of assigned cross-functional internal projects across core business functions (Finance, Operations, Legal, HR).
Translate business needs into structured, actionable project plans with clear milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
Adapt delivery approaches based on project complexity, stakeholder needs, and business priorities while maintaining consistent execution standards.
Establish and maintain clear project-level operating rhythms, status tracking, and dependency management for assigned initiatives.
Drive clarity on priorities, roles, and responsibilities across project stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Maintain accurate project documentation, risk/issue tracking, and decision-support reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early within your projects, proposing mitigation plans and escalating where appropriate.
Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, building trust and collaborative relationships.
Facilitate alignment among project stakeholders when competing priorities arise to keep initiatives moving forward.
Support process optimization and workflow improvements within the scope of your assigned projects.
Promote project management best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives across PMO practices.
5–7 years of project management experience within fast-paced or cross-functional environments (such as Management/Strategy Consulting, PMO, or internal transformation roles).
Proven experience managing different types of internal business projects using blended waterfall and agile approaches.
Strong execution discipline with excellent organizational, tracking, and risk management skills.
Ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous or evolving project workstreams.
Proactive approach to risk, dependency, and stakeholder management.
Comfortable coordinating across multiple business stakeholders and driving accountability against agreed actions and timelines without direct line authority.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2 level required), with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong preference for an Individual Contributor path focused on project delivery excellence.
Diplomacy & Relationship-Building: Ability to exercise "authority through relationships" and build organic trust across teams.
Adaptability & Pragmatism: Comfortable adjusting project management approaches to fit the specific needs and context of the initiative.
Operational Rigor: Deep focus on quality, polish in delivery, and continuous improvement mindset.
