The Real Estate Portfolio Analyst provides analytical and operational support to the Real Estate team by delivering portfolio insights, maintaining critical reporting, and supporting strategic lease and portfolio initiatives. This role partners closely with Portfolio Management, New Store Leasing, Finance, Lease Administration, and third-party service providers to ensure accurate portfolio data, actionable reporting, and timely execution of key real estate activities.
The Portfolio Analyst plays a key role in identifying opportunities to optimize the real estate portfolio, reduce occupancy costs, and support informed business decisions across both the existing store portfolio and new store development pipeline.
Projected Salary Range: $68,000-76,500
