The Quality Assurance Representative II is responsible for inspecting and documenting the condition of privately owned vehicles to ensure compliance with contract standards. They also manage vehicle staging, perform minor maintenance tasks, and provide professional customer service during vehicle intake and pickup.

Why This Role Matters
The Quality Assurance Representative II plays a critical role in protecting customer assets, minimizing claims liability, and ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient inspection and processing of Privately Owned Vehicles (POVs). This position directly supports operational excellence by independently assessing vehicle conditions, documenting damages, maintaining compliance with Global Privately Owned Vehicle Contract (GPC) standards, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle transportation and storage process.
