We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented leader who thrives in chaos to manage the Card Collateral Creation Pod for Card Delivery and own card delivery projects as well. This pivotal role oversees the management of collateral creation, ensuring quality, support for multiple suppliers, and efficiency while driving business intent.
Be the Central Hub: Own the Card Delivery Collateral POD and serve as the primary liaison, connecting multiple third-party vendors and various internal lines of business to ensure seamless execution
Drive Strategic Impact: Manage high-impact projects, both internal and supplier-focused, that are critical for increasing efficiency, improving quality, and directly delivering on core business intent.
Own the Details: Develop and communicate meticulous instructions to external vendors and intent owners, acting as the final checkpoint to maintain strict quality control and operational efficiency.
Solve Complex Problems: Take ownership of resolving escalated complaints and supplier issues, leveraging your keen eye for detail to proactively identify, analyze, and address feedback trends.

Work from Home Technology Requirements
Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot is required
A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of site sight to every device on the network
Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
Associates must maintain a minimum of 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload speed from their internet provider

Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met
