SPAR is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and growth-minded Outbound Growth & CRM Specialist to support our business development strategy through CRM management, prospect database development, marketing operations, and outbound campaign execution.
In this role, you'll help power revenue growth by maintaining high-quality prospect data, optimizing CRM workflows, supporting outbound marketing campaigns, and delivering actionable insights that drive qualified leads and sales opportunities.

Working alongside Marketing and Business Development leaders, you'll help connect leading retailers and consumer brands with innovative merchandising, retail execution, and field service solutions.
