The Position

Am Standort Basel Drug Substance Manufacturing der F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG bekommst du einen einzigartigen Einblick in die Produktion von chemischen und biologischen aktiven pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffen für die kommerzielle und klinische Versorgung. 

Der Standort Basel Drug Substance ist ein wichtiger Teil der Versorgung von Patient:innen weltweit. Er besteht aus zwei Haupt-Produktionseinheiten (sogenannten Manufacturing Units): der MU MAB und der MU SUT/ADC. Zusammen mit fünf unterstützenden Einheiten (Units) fokussieren sich rund 600 Mitarbeitende darauf, Patient:innen mit lebenswichtigen Medikamenten zu versorgen. Die Produktionseinheiten werden von der Qualitätssicherung (QA) sowie den weiteren Units umfassend unterstützt.

Innerhalb der Qualitätssicherung spielt das Chapter Compliance, Systems & Training eine zentrale Rolle. Es besteht aus drei Teams, deren gemeinsames Ziel es ist, die Einhaltung höchster Standards in den Bereichen Compliance, Systemmanagement und Schulung am gesamten Standort zu gewährleisten.

Für das QA Systems Team und das QA Training Team suchen wir für beide Teams ab sofort motivierte Praktikant:innen. Wir bieten euch spannende und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in einem dynamischen Produktionsumfeld.

Die Möglichkeit

Während deines Praktikums übernimmst du vielfältige und praxisnahe Tätigkeiten, unter anderem:

  • Mitarbeit in den Team-internen Fachbereichen wie z. B. Event Management (Deviation Management), Records Management, Change Management oder Quality Risk Management – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichs Teams

  • Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Chapter-internen Praktikant:innen, um sich gegenseitig zu unterstützen und gemeinsam teamübergreifende Aufgaben zu bearbeiten

  • Planung und Durchführung eigener kleiner Projekte im Bereich Systems und / oder Training

  • Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs)

  • Archivierung und Verwaltung von qualitätsrelevanten Dokumenten

  • Kommunikation und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen

  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen

  • Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Behördeninspektionen und Audits

Wer du bist

  • Du absolvierst gerade dein Masterstudium im naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich oder hast es vor maximal 12 Monaten vor dem Startdatum erfolgreich abgeschlossen (z. B. in Pharmazie, Biotechnologie, Chemie, Molekularbiologie oder Pädagogik).

  • Du kommunizierst absolut sicher und fließend in Wort und Schrift – sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch.

  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und proaktive Haltung.

  • Sehr gute Arbeitsplanung und Priorisierung – Überblick über vielfältige Aufgaben behalten.

  • Strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise nach Vorgaben

  • Du bist flexibel, offen und hast echte Freude an der engen und dynamischen Zusammenarbeit mit anderen.

  • Der Umgang mit MS Office und den gängigen Google-Anwendungen geht dir leicht von der Hand.

  • Wir bieten dir Einblick in ein internationales Pharmaumfeld und die Herstellung von Wirkstoffen, eigenverantwortliche Aufgaben im Bereich QA Systems mit direkter Praxisrelevanz. Zudem erhältst du Mitarbeit in einem engagierten, interdisziplinären Team, das Zusammenarbeit und gegenseitige Unterstützung lebt, sowie vielfältige Einblicke in die unterschiedlichen Fachbereiche des Teams, wodurch du die Qualitätssysteme und Prozesse umfassend kennenlernst – hohes Lernpotenzial inklusive.

  • Nicht-EU/EFTA Bürger (m/w/n) müssen eine Bestätigung der Universität, dass ein Pflichtpraktikum Teil der Ausbildung ist, den Bewerbungsunterlagen beilegen.

  • Hinweis: Diese Praktikumsstelle ist nicht für Bachelor / Master Thesen geeignet und solche können im Rahmen dieses Praktikums nicht durchgeführt werden.

  • Praktikumsdauer: vorzugsweise 12 Monate, Start per 1. August 2026.
