Bedienung, Überwachung und Störungsbehebung von Produktionsanlagen inklusive Alarmmanagement
Durchführung der täglichen Produktionsabläufe gemäss Produktionsplan unter Einhaltung der GMP-Richtlinien
Sicherstellung der GMP-konformen Dokumentation in MES, EBR und Batch Records
Verarbeitung, Bereitstellung und Lagerung von Verbrauchsmaterialien, Single-Use-Materialien, Chemikalien, Medien und Hilfsstoffen
Durchführung von Probenzügen (Prozess-, Validierungs- und Final-Rinse-Proben) sowie Sample Management
Unterstützung bei Qualifizierungen, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten sowie Sicherstellung des qualifizierten Anlagenstatus
Mitarbeit bei Abweichungsmanagement, Risikoanalysen, Prozessoptimierungen und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmassnahmen
