About the Company
As Oklahoma's leader in Blue Collar Staffing, Stand-By specializes in placing people in hundreds of skilled trades including construction, manufacturing, and welding. Our welding division is the only staffing company in the state of Oklahoma that has a state certification weld test facility on-site! We train and test potential workers daily for fabricators throughout Tulsa and the surrounding area, saving customer's valuable time and dollars. Stand-By's Weld Test Facility minimizes the need to dedicate valuable shop floor space for testing and training allowing shop-floor supervisors and management to concentrate on product throughput and productivity. If your needs are less specialized, or if you need help setting up and/or managing/staffing a special event, our general labor division can deliver dependable workers 24-hours a day.
