Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Position Overview
We are seeking safety-focused and dependable Production Worker I candidates to support a blow molding production team under the direction of the Production Supervisor. This role focuses on assembling plastic products safely and efficiently while ensuring all products meet required specifications and quality standards.
The Production Worker I will perform general assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging duties while maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive parts from machinery and complete assembly duties on finished products
• Rotate through general assembly tasks within the blow molding process
• Examine parts and products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Report non-conforming products to the Production Lead or Supervisor
• Participate in sorting and rework of non-conforming product as needed
• Perform basic testing and packaging on spouts and components
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
• Ensure plant-wide safety compliance and perform other duties as required
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 6–12 months of manufacturing experience
• Strong safety awareness, including hazard identification and risk control
• Ability to read and communicate verbally
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and time management skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a diverse workplace
