Hours: 2nd Shift | 4:30 PM–3:00 AM | Monday–Thursday

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CNC Machinist to join a precision-focused machining team in North East Tulsa. This is a setup-intensive, high-tolerance machining environment where the CNC Machinist will work with advanced equipment, multi-axis systems, and complex tooling to produce high-precision parts with exceptional accuracy.
Machine You’ll Run
• Mazak e1250 with 8-pallet Palletech system
• VTL-style machine with dedicated setup
• 360-tool magazine
• EIA Programming
• High-volume inspection requirements
• Crane/rigging experience preferred (large parts)
Key Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC equipment with minimal supervision
• Load and secure parts, fixtures, and tooling accurately
• Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and machining instructions
• Perform complete machine setups, including:
– Loading fixtures and tooling
– Selecting and loading correct programs
– Setting work coordinates and tool offsets
– Sizing in first articles using precision instruments
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges
• Verify correct materials for every job
• Troubleshoot machine, program, and setup issues in real time
• Maintain an organized, efficient, high-quality work center
Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
• Ability to meet run times and adapt to shifting priorities
• Proven reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic
• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
