Job Position: Production Worker II
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Location: Miami, OK 74354
Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00pm-7:00am 3rd Shift
Position Overview
We are seeking safety-focused and detail-oriented Production Worker II candidates to support a blow molding production environment under the direction of the Production Supervisor. This role goes beyond general assembly and includes monitoring machine performance, documenting data, and supporting equipment operations to ensure products meet specifications.
The Production Worker II will work as part of a production team to monitor blow molding machines, assist with material changes, inspect product quality, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor blow molding machine performance using machine control panels
• Record production and machine data for operational analysis
• Monitor auxiliary equipment such as hoppers, grinders, belts, and air pressure testers
• Clear equipment jams as needed while following company standards
• Assist with material and product color changes
• Receive parts from machinery and complete assembly duties
• Rotate through general assembly tasks within the blow molding process
• Perform visual inspections to verify products meet quality standards
• Report non-conforming products to Production Lead or Supervisor
• Participate in sorting and rework of non-conforming product
• Perform basic testing and packaging on spouts and components
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S standards
• Ensure plant-wide safety compliance and perform other duties as required
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 6–12 months of manufacturing experience
• Lock-Out/Tag-Out certification required
• Strong safety awareness, including hazard identification and risk control
• Ability to read and communicate verbally
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and time management skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
