Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (OT when needed)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fintube Mechanical Assembly Technician to join a Tulsa-based team specializing in heavy machinery assembly. This role involves building, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems, ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for shipment. The Fintube Mechanical Assembly Technician will also support customer installations and upgrades as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and fasten machine parts (bearings, gearboxes, drives, guards)
Read blueprints and schematics to ensure alignment and function
Connect hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Check alignment/movement of rotating equipment
Test machines for safe operation prior to shipment
Troubleshoot and repair issues as they arise
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Occasionally assist with customer site installs or upgrades
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience assembling industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or similar
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints
Skilled with precision tools (micrometers, dial indicators)
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems
Safe lifting, rigging, and handling of large parts required
Preferred: experience with finning machines, welding, or PLC controls
Physical Requirements
This Fintube Mechanical Assembly Technician position requires frequent standing, bending, squatting, climbing, and moving materials/parts up to 50 lbs. Lifting devices should be used when possible, though some confined space work requires manual handling.
