Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals for our Production Packaging team in Joplin, MO. This role offers the opportunity to work with a respected company in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Packaging employee, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality, proper packaging, and timely preparation for shipment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain packaging lines efficiently to ensure smooth production flow.
Palletize finished products and prepare them for shipment according to specifications.
Serve as a relief operator when required to support team needs.
Work effectively in a non-climate-controlled environment to meet production demands.
Requirements
Reliable transportation and a stable work history.
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
Compliance with all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, including hair net, bump cap, ear plugs, safety shoes, and uniform.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure quality and safety.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
