Pay: $17–$21/hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This Shipping & Receiving Associate role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory flow and timely order fulfillment. Candidates with prior experience in piping, flanges, or related industrial materials are strongly preferred due to the technical nature of the products.
What the Shipping & Receiving Associate Will Be Doing
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Organize and maintain warehouse and shipping areas
• Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook for tracking, communication, and reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Preferred Qualifications for the Shipping & Receiving Associate
• Prior shipping & receiving or warehouse experience
• Direct knowledge of piping, flanges, and industrial products
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
