Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Revit Operator with strong AutoCAD experience to support a fast-paced production and project environment. This role requires accuracy, speed, and detailed documentation, with an opportunity for growth into a lead or supervisory position.
The Revit Operator will be responsible for creating, updating, and documenting drawings while tracking all design changes throughout the workday to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, update, and modify drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Accurately record and document all drawing changes throughout the day
• Maintain detailed revision logs and change records for each project
• Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Coordinate with drafting, engineering, project management, and operations teams
• Ensure drawings align with project requirements, standards, and schedules
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and constructability
• Support multiple projects simultaneously
• Follow internal drafting standards and workflows
• Assist with mentoring junior drafters as experience grows
Required Qualifications
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (both required)
• Previous experience in construction, modular building, or manufacturing drafting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated interest or potential to grow into a leadership role
