Provides quality assurance oversight and guidance to all Patient Access departments to improve staff performance. Develops quality assessment indicators and assists with training new hires and maintaining operational standards.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience as a Patient Access Quality Assurance Coordinator Level II. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential.
Provides quality assurance oversight, guidance and support to all departments within Patient Access. Participates in development and implementation of quality assessment indicators. Identifies trends and provides education and training to improve the performance of staff development. Provides guidance and support to staff members within the Quality Assurance role. Assists with projects, training new hires, and maintaining operational standards. Ensures department resources and policies are current, assisting in staff development, and fostering collaboration with leadership.
Full Time, Days, Monday-Friday. Start time flexible
