Assemble and anchor pallet racking, cantilever racking, and shelving units within retail environments. Operate heavy machinery such as scissor lifts and maintain a clean, organized workspace during store remodels.
Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel extensively for overnight stays. Candidates must be comfortable using hand and power tools and capable of lifting 50 lbs or more.
SPAR is growing our overnight construction team and hiring dependable, hardworking laborers who are willing to travel for extended periods. This role includes overnight shifts and extensive travel. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, comfortable using basic tools, and ready to work inside home improvement retail stores assembling and handling heavy steel and pallet racking.
Travel Locations: Throughout the Midwest and East Coast states.
As part of the SPAR team, you’ll travel to retail locations to help execute store remodels for major home improvement retailers within team environment.
