Manage geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion, including the preparation of technical reports, proposals, and cost estimates. Provide technical support to regional project managers and ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Requires a B.S. in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in geotechnical reporting and an EIT or PE certification. Candidates must be computer literate, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel for short periods.

Projects are primarily located within Pennsylvania. The candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with personnel at other HCEA offices throughout the company.
