Requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture with 15 years of architectural practice experience, including at least 5 years specifically in healthcare projects. Professional licensure and LEED accreditation are preferred.

HOK New York/Philadelphia is seeking a Project Manager for its dynamic Healthcare practice. At HOK, we're dedicated to designing spaces that enhance patient care, optimize workflows, and elevate the patient experience. This person, in partnership with the Project Architect and Project Designer, will: Be accountable for project financial performance and team communication; Manage one or more projects during all phases of a project until completion; Direct employees and consultants at all levels to ensure that proper steps and procedures are taken and that work is completed as planned, budgeted, scheduled and in conformance with the design intent.

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, education and location. The reasonably expected range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. Other compensation may include a discretionary bonus.
