The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests. They must also manage bar inventory, process payments via POS, and ensure all service complies with legal age requirements.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-2 years of bartending experience. Applicants are expected to be of the legal drinking age and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
The Rec Room’s Bartenders are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional dining experience to each and every guest. The Bartender prepares alcoholic drinks and pours wine and beer for patrons of restaurants, bars, cocktail lounges, and other places where drinks are served. The Bartender is friendly and helpful, and is an expert with standard drink recipes while being flexible to follow guests’ preferences or recipes.
