Gerdau is a leader in mini-mill steel production and steel recycling in North America, with an annual manufacturing capacity of approximately 11.5 million metric tons of mill finished steel products. Job summary:
Reporting to the location's Supervisor, your focus will be to perform a wide variety of tasks for material handling, clean-up, packaging and other various tasks to aid daily operations in manufacturing and processing. Our ideal candidate will champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Our ideal candidate will be able to:
- Work one of the following shifts with a starting hourly rate of $21.52
- Provide us with a criminal background check by uploading it in "attachment documents" when uploading resume or at time of interview
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
