Assist the Special Security Officer in controlling access to SCI facilities and managing visitor clearances. Conduct security briefings, indoctrinations, and audits of classified materials and storage facilities.
Requires an active TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Candidates must have at least 8 years of relevant special security or SSO support experience, including recent experience within the last 2 years.
Amentum is seeking a Special Security Specialist (Mid-Level) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
None of the missions happen without access, and access doesn't happen without you. As a Special Security Specialist supporting DIA, you'll work alongside the Special Security Officer to control access to SCI and SCI facilities, run the briefings and debriefings that keep the workforce compliant, and keep the paperwork, inspections, and audits airtight. You'll be the person people trust to get their access right the first time. This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, security clearance verification, and funding availability.

The base salary range for this position is $80k to $160k. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
