Oversee branch operations within an assigned market to ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate policies. Develop strategic business plans, manage budgets, and lead Branch Directors to achieve financial and clinical goals.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a clinical or business field and 2-3 years of experience as a Home Health Branch Director or in multi-site leadership. Proficiency with EMR/HIM systems and OASIS is required, with RN licensure preferred.
As Market Executive of Operations (MEO), you will monitor branch operations specific to market assigned. You will ensure that financial, clinical operations, and quality, service, and sales projects follow government regulations, along with corporate policies. Develop strategies and overall branch business plans, annual planning, and budgets for assigned market monitoring expenditures. Create specific market quality assessment reports along with monitoring, reviewing, and managing patient satisfaction data. MEO will work with AVPO along with multiple teams at both the region and corporate level to ensure success of overall of assigned markets.
