The coach is responsible for leading sports training sessions while providing spiritual mentorship to athletes to foster their growth in faith and character. They will also manage team logistics, recruit volunteers, and facilitate ministry events to ensure a Christ-centered team culture.
Candidates must have demonstrated coaching experience and a strong understanding of sports fundamentals, rules, and strategies. A commitment to FCA's Statement of Faith and the ability to pass a background check and child safety protocols are mandatory.
