We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Collision Center Assistant Production Manager. This position works closely with the Production Manager to coordinate daily operations and keep vehicles moving efficiently through the repair process.
The Assistant Production Manager will coordinate sublet repairs, create purchase orders, oversee paint department workflow, and assist with other production needs. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can manage multiple priorities, identify potential delays, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Collision Center Assistant Production ManagerCompensation and Benefits:
Collision Center Assistant Production ManagerCompetitive Pay:$30- $35 an hour depending on experience.

Paid Holidays:Hannah Motor Company offers at least 5 paid holidays per year to the Collision Center Assistant Production Managersubject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
Collision Center Assistant Production Manager Responsibilities:
Support the Production Manager with daily shop operations and production workflow.
Coordinate all sublet repairs, including scheduling, transportation, vendor communication, and completion follow-up.
Create and track purchase orders for sublet work and other production-related expenses.
Manage paint department workflow, priorities, and expected completion dates.
Monitor vehicles throughout production and proactively address delays or workflow concerns.
Communicate priorities and repair timelines with technicians, painters, estimators, parts personnel, and vendors.
Confirm completed sublet work and ensure required invoices and documentation are received.
Help maintain an organized, productive, and safe work environment.
Perform additional duties assigned by the Production Manager to support overall shop operations.
Collision Center Assistant Production Manager Qualifications:
Collision repair or automotive production experience required.
Experience coordinating workflow, vendors, or sublet repairs is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and time management.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Comfortable working under deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn collision management systems.
Valid driver’s license.
