The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for clinical and personnel management, including the direct supervision of nursing staff and patient care assistants. Candidates must hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing and possess two to five years of experience as a Registered Nurse. A valid Florida RN license and BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association are required.
